A quarter cow costs $950.

You will receive about 80 pounds of meat as a variety of cuts.

Roasts: 2 chuck and 2 rump roasts (3-4 pounds each)

Steaks: Ribeye, Sirloin, NY Strip— 3-4 packs of each, two steaks per pack (weight varies per pack)

Filet Mignon: 2 packs with two filets per pack

Small cuts: packs of kabob, fajita, and stew meat (1-1.5 lbs per pack)

Other cuts: 1 brisket (3-5 lbs); short ribs; flank steak, skirt steak, and flat iron steaks— packs vary per animal (1-2 lbs per pack)

Ground: 30-35 packs of ground beef (1 lb per pack)

All meat is USDA inspected and comes frozen.

Your $200 payment at checkout is your reservation for 1/4 Cow and is non-refundable. You will pay the remaining $750 balance when you pick up your order. Once you pick up your order, the balance is non-refundable.
